ENVIRONMENT

Guiding Principle
Urban Open Space

Abiding to the overarching principle of ecological conservation, we have restricted building construction to the lowest amount of development possible.

To afflict the least disturbance on our natural surroundings, we have minimized construction on the west side of park land and detention pond in preservation of greenery.

Abiding to the overarching principle of ecological conservation, we have restricted building construction to the lowest amount of development possible.

Our low elevation natural forest restoration area on the north side of the restored wetlands aims to preserve the wildlife cycle.

On the west side of the detention bond we have an innovative rebuilding of the old San Chung Pu.

After completion the bio park will be open to public for education purposes as well as apply for environmental education facility certification.
