AGP3-biotin Product details
AGP3-biotin is a biotinylated IgM antibody that can be used to detect PEGylated compounds. A sensitive ELISA can be achieved utilizing AGP3 as a capture antibody and AGP3-biotin as the detection reagent.

Specificity |
AGP3-biotin binds to the repeating subunits of polyethylene glycol. The minimum PEG size that can be bound is ~ 2000 Da. Effective binding is greatly enhanced in PEG conjugates (i.e. PEG-protein, PEG-liposome, PEG-cell, PEG-nanoparticle conjugates). |
