本所同仁或有同住親友在過去14天入境者,應於居家辦公2週。

1. 鑒於近期新增確診案例多為境外移入個案,且未來兩週為關鍵時期。故自3/24起,本院同仁或有同住親友在過去14天入境者,應居家辦公2週(自同仁或該名家人入境日起算),請填寫附檔居家辦公人員名冊送行政室-吳燕美,並請遵守居家辦公工作規範。
 

2. 目前(3/23)確診人數增加 1位院外人士,雖為同一群聚感染,且直接接觸者已被隔離,但若同仁認為仍有風險,或身體不適,請主動向主管敍明理由,核准後居家辦公。

 

1. Start from March 24, employee who entered Taiwan or lived with people who entered Taiwan within 14 days, please work from home for two weeks(count from the date of entry ). Please fill in the attached form (居家辦公人員名冊) and send to the Administrative Office Miss Wu, Amy (2789-9111) and follow the “Academia Sinica Regulation of Work from Home” as attached.
 

2. If you feel uncomfortable or have any special reason, please work from home after getting the approvement.
