The administrative office has 31 staff members and contains six major affairs - human resources affairs, accounting affairs, cashier affairs, academic development affairs, general administrative affairs and secretariat affairs (including administrative secretaries and floor secretaries). The human resources management handles tasks pertaining to faculty recruitments, personnel changes, symposia and seminar arrangements, and other miscellaneous clerical works. The financial management on the other hand oversees the functions of accounting, and cash flow management.The operation systems of the administrative office are highly computerized, which contributes to the efficiency of the administrative staff.Members of the administrative office are well trained and skillful in utilizing the latest technologies related to office automation. It is our intention to provide the most effective administrative team possible in order to provide superior services to our research staff.
