部門介紹

化學核心設施是負責執行化學合成服務，以支持各種各樣的小分子藥物研發工作。為小分子藥物項目提供合成和藥物化學研究。

  • 藥物化學，合成和藥物發現方面的合作機會。
  • 定制合成從毫克到數克的非商業小分子。
  • 合成開發，改進和擴大

INTRODUCTION

The Chemistry Core Facility is a technological center located on IBMS of academia sinica that performs all necessary chemistry and synthesis services to support a large diversity of small molecule drug discovery efforts.

The center will provide custom synthesis and medicinal chemistry research for small molecule drug discovery projects.

Services

  • Collaborative research opportunities in medicinal chemistry, synthesis and drug discovery.
  • Custom synthesis of non-commercial small molecules from milligram to multi-gram quantities.
  • Synthetic route process development, improvement and scale up
  • Consultation, planning and strategy development for small molecule drug
