改善定序末端的讀長(可>850bp~1200bp)
Improve read length (>850bp~1200bp)
ABI原廠KB basecaller分析結果大多於850bp之後解析度逐漸變差(上圖)，經由Peak Trace Basecaller分析過後(下圖)，後端解析度大幅提升，可以讓使用者得到更長之定序長度。
The analysis results of ABI KB basecaller mostly become worse after 850bp (above). After analyzing by Peak Trace Basecaller (below), the resolution of the backend is greatly improved, and the user can obtain a longer sequence length.
