FUNCTIONS (for microarray swapping design SRA)

sra.txt (need S-plus program)

* Instruction for S-plus:

1. copy the text of each function and paste it on the S-plus command window

2. type the function name with parameter in the parentheses (see the description in the file "sra.txt")

 

 

KBAT

KBAT(Kemel- Based Association Test) is a convenient analysis tool for genome-wide and candiate-region association mapping.

LSR

LSR(Longest Run Test) The S-plus program computes the distribution and the first moment of the length of the longest k-interrupted run (Lk) in a binary sequence.
