• For serum and plasma samples, we request 300 µL of human sample and 150 µL of mouse sample.
• For tissue lysate samples, we request 150 µL of 0.8 mg/ml sample.
• For culture medium samples, we request 150 µL sample and please prepare extra 15 mL culture medium for us as standard curve buffer.
• If the mediator number is over 24, please contact the ICF to provide more sample volume.

• For research institute inside AS: Please put your samples on the ice to ensure that the samples would not thaw, and send them to the N431 Institute of Biomedical Sciences.
• For research institute outside AS and company: Please put your samples in Styrofoam box with dry ice, frozen and send to Inflammation Core Facility, N431, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, Academia Sinica, No. 128, Section 2, Yuanyuan Road, Nangang District, Taipei City 11529.

From we receive the samples, the results are expected to be sent within about 17 working days (must be the mediators on the application form).
