Dr.王宜萱(Wang,I-Hsuan (Jessica)) 誠徵: 約聘研究助理 1名
工作內容:
本實驗室運用分生、細胞及顯微實驗技術，探討流感病毒與新冠肺炎病毒的感染與複製機制，以及病毒和宿主的相互關係。目前我們著重在研究細胞骨架、細胞內運輸機制與膜系統在病毒感染末期的腳色，以及具有高時空間解析度的顯微技術的導入。歡迎有興趣的夥伴加入我們的行列!
The Wang lab studies the cell biology of inluenza virus and SARS-CoV-2 infection and replication via a multidisciplinary approach including molecular virology, cell biology and microscopy methods. Currently we are working on the interaction between the virus and cytoskeleton-dependent transport system as well as the membrane system during the virus egress. Implementation of advanced microscopy techniques is also one of our focuses. We are looking for partners who are enthusiastic about the virus, the cell, and the imaging to join us!
應徵資格:
1. 具有生物、醫學、醫工等相關領域學位。
2. 具有下列相關研究經驗者佳：病毒學、細胞學、光學及電子顯微技術、顯微影像分析。
We welcome people who are passionate about the research in the cell biology of virus infection to join us.
Applicants should hold a Msc or PhD degree in biology/medical science/bioengineering. Experience in virology, cell biology, light/EM microscopy and image analysis is preffered (but not required).
