奈米科技於生物醫學上的應用可強化及改善現有的藥物及疫苗製劑,以達到更高的效能和安全性。在藥物輸導及疫苗研發上,奈米粒子都具有極大的影響, 對於藥動學以及免疫激活的調整皆有很大的價值。本實驗室的研究重點以臨床技轉為重心開發創新的醫療材料。通過探討生物材料與生物組織間的作用,來設計與研發新型的奈米製劑以作為疾病的治療,包括心血管疾病,癌症和傳染病等。
