我們實驗室專注於研究台灣重要常見癌症的新穎預後驅動基因,也進一步揭示其病理及分子致癌機制和開發治療新穎策略。我們應用尖端的基因體學,生物資訊學和分子細胞生物學等方法來剖析致癌途徑,研究腫瘤進展的分子機制並製定治療策略。

 癌症驅動基因的相關研究方向:

(1)我們研究了異常PSPC1在促轉移性腫瘤重編程中的致瘤機制;
(2)我們採用整合的基因組學和生物信息學方法來確定用於人類肝細胞癌(HCC)和肺腺癌的診斷和治療的創新目標;
(3)我們研究了新的體細胞編碼和非編碼基因參與腫瘤發病機制的分子機制。

癌症基因體學及生物資訊學相關研究方向:
(1)OncoDB.glycogene:醣基化相關基因的綜合癌症基因體資料庫
(2)IGRhCellID:用於鑑定的人類細胞系的整合基因體資料庫
(3)IGDB.NSCLC:非小細胞肺癌的綜合基因體資料庫
(4)OncoDB.HCC:肝細胞癌的癌基因體資料庫
(5)TPMD:台灣多態性標桿數據資料庫

我們應用整合的基因體研究方法揭示了癌症基因體的全基因體變異,並建立了全面的癌症基因體資料庫,以促進發現新穎的癌症驅動基因,以進行病理及分子致癌機制研究,並研發新穎治療策略,以延長癌症患者的壽命為目標。
