  • 作為一位專注的醫學科學家和生物工程師,謝博士的研究涉足多個領域,對心血管再生、癌症納米醫學、微生物群與代謝、誘導多能幹細胞(iPSC)技術以及轉化研究做出了重要貢獻。以下是一些關鍵成就:

    心血管再生洞察: 探討了出生後心肌細胞的增殖潛力,使用同位素成像核磁共振/質譜、基因命運追蹤小鼠模型和人類iPSC衍生的心臟細胞移植到非人靈長類動物模型中,以探索在心肌梗塞(MI)後促進成人心肌細胞再生的新型治療靶點。(Nat Med 2007, Sci Transl Med 2012, EMBO MM 2014, Circ Res 2015, Circulation 2023)

    心肌細胞重編程: 探索心肌細胞重編程為心臟幹/祖細胞,識別出一組基因組合(FoxM1、Id1、Jnk3-shRNA),能在體外和體內誘導心肌細胞增殖。顯示了心肌梗塞後心功能改善和纖維化減少,提供了一種實用的組織再生策略。(EMBO MM 2017, Circulation 2022)

    微生物群與心臟修復: 研究了腸道微生物群衍生的短鏈脂肪酸在小鼠、非人靈長類動物和ST段抬高心肌梗塞患者中的修復作用,建立了腸道微生物組成與宿主免疫構成之間的聯繫,為心肌梗塞後病理結果的潛在調節提供了見解。(Circulation 2019, Nat Comms 2023)

    納米醫學創新: 開發了一種可重新裝載的多藥捕捉輸送系統,用於針對缺血性疾病的治療,展示了在小鼠和豬模型中連續給予蛋白藥物的潛力。該技術已被一家台灣公司進行進一步開發。(Circulation 2010, Sci Transl Med 2016)

    血腦屏障滲透性: 開發了一種使用低劑量VEGF來引發血腦屏障短暫滲透性增加的策略,從而促進納米藥物對膠質母細胞瘤的遞送。在小鼠模型和豬身上展示了應用潛力,顯示出臨床轉化的可能性。(Sci Transl Med 2012, ACS Nano 2019)

    免疫細胞載體納米治療: 設計了基於適體的脂質納米載體,能夠主動結合單核細胞,實現對心臟病和癌症的精確納米治療。成功治療了心臟缺血再灌注損傷和胰腺導管腺癌。(Adv Healthc Mat 2016, Sci Adv 2021)

    國家iPSC核心領導力: 帶領台灣的國家iPSC核心機構,這是一項由IBMS、國立台灣大學醫院、台北榮民總醫院、國家衛生研究院和食品工業研究發展研究所共同參與的合作項目,持續八年。生產了超過500條人類iPSC細胞系,並建立了包含112條人類iPSC細胞系的台灣iPSC銀行供公眾使用,使台灣成為全球前五大iPSC銀行之一。(JBMS 2020, Cell Rep 2022, Circulation 2023)
