My job responsibility is to manage the “Neuroscience Core Facility”. Using electrophysiological techniques includes extracellular field-EPSP recording and whole-cell patch-clamp recording to assist researchers in studying synaptic plasticity in various neural circuits.
Further, we investigate the pharmacological effect on synaptic transmission in brain slices of the transgenic animals, cell lines and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC).
