核酸定序實驗室位於本院生物醫學研究所內七樓公用儀器室N719。

 

• 當日收件截止時間：平日: 上午十點及下午三點三十分 (2020年8月新增下午收件)
                                 例假日前一天: 僅上午十點 (下午不收件)
                                **上午或下午送件總數未達16件則不開盤，順延至下一次收件時間
                                 急件: 該樣品將優先被擺放在第一個96孔盤。
                                 原則上(1)工作日上午十點(保證當日17:00前收到結果)，及(2)
                                 工作日下午三點三十分(保證隔日12:00前收到結果)，但不適用於隔
                                 日為例假日。並請先閱讀相關條款。

• 收件地點：欲定序之樣品請送至生醫所公用儀器室N719外的核酸定序專用冰箱，定序申請單則投入冰箱上的核酸定序專用信箱。​
• 訂單格式: A4大小直式列印，勿縮小，歡迎使用回收紙張。投遞方式請見專用信箱上的說明。
• 如樣您的DNA 序列出現 poly A 或 poly T，可在備註欄寫上有 Homopolymeric region。 DNA 序列出現 GT、GA、AT、CT 等 repeat sequence 或 GC rich 的序列，請勾選"二級結構"，我們會作特殊處理。
• 樣品標示方式:
  訂單編號-序號。例如: 156-1，156-2。請勿只標示1,2,3...簡單順序。(如何看訂單編號) 請將樣品連續置放在冰箱的大型rack內，緊接著每一個樣品請勿空格，從A01-->A12的位置開始再接B01-->B12，並且在冰箱外的紙張畫上您放的位置，以及訂單編號和您的姓名。(其他資料不需要填寫)
  八連排送樣則放在八連排小的rack內，貼上標籤註明訂單編號及姓名。96孔盤貼上標籤註明訂單編號及姓名則直接放入冰箱內即可，這兩種不需要於冰箱外部紙張劃位置。

• Sample collection time: 
  Weekday : AM 10:00  and PM15:30 (Updated in Aug. 2020)
  The day before holiday: AM 10:00
  If the total number of submissions in the morning or afternoon is less than 16, the service will not be available, and it will be postponed to the next scheduled submission time.
  Fast pass: It will be prioritized in the first 96-well plate.
  AM 10:00( Data return in 7 hours)  and PM 15:30 (Data return in 20 hours) (please read the rules first)

• Drop-Off Location: Bring sequence samples and put them into the refrigerator outside the N719 and deliver the DNA sequencing-work request form to the mail box on the refrigerator.

• Please print out your DNA sequencing-work request form with A4 paper and in vertical format.

• Just notify us on DNA sequencing-work request form. We have proprietary protocols for those template with GC rich and secondary structure.
