Dear customers,
We are pleased to announce the significant updates made in our DNA sequencing laboratory! We'll be using the latest version of the Sequencing Analysis Software with the new Smart Deep Basecaller algorithm for analyzing sequencing results.
The Smart Deep Basecaller software provides higher accuracy and longer read lengths while maintaining the authenticity of the original sequence traces without excessive modifications. Compared to the previous Peatrace Basecaller, it emphasizes precision and reliability of the sequencing results. If you heavily rely on beautifully modified chromatograms, we encourage you to schedule a discussion with us after receiving your results. We'll support you. Please note that sequencing results involving CRISPR and other potential multiple signals are not suitable for excessive modification, as it may cause issues in subsequent analysis. We highly recommend indicating "CRISPR" or similar terms in the order remarks section.
