生醫所流式細胞儀設施新設置一台光譜式流式細胞分選儀 Aurora CS，目前已完成驗收及測試。即日起至2023.04.30徵求樣本測試，提供使用者免費試用，預計將於5月份正式收費服務。有興趣參與試用的實驗室請聯絡設施技術人員戴慈文小姐，聯絡方式：TEL:02-2652-3927或E-mail: twtai@ibms.sinica.edu.tw。

  1. 儀器簡介：Aurora CS共搭載5支雷射(355, 405, 488, 561, 640nm)，可同時偵測40+種螢光，並同時分選6個細胞族群，顆粒解析度達100nm以上。

  1. 提供服務：專人操作細胞分析或細胞分選服務。

       (適用樣本：primary tissue、8色以上實驗或微小顆粒體(非微生物))

  1. 服務時間：工作日10-17點。
  2. 服務對象：院內各單位及院外人士

       5. 8色以上實驗或微小顆粒體實驗將具優先使用權。

A new spectra cell sorter, Aurora CS has been installed in the IBMS Flow Cytometry Core Facility and is available for free trial test by April 30, 2023. The new cell sorter is scheduled to be officially opened in May.  If you are interested in trial test, please contact core technician, Ms. Tai, Tzu-Wen at TEL:02-2652-3927 or e-mail to twtai@ibms.sinica.edu.tw.

  1. New Service guidelines are describes as follows:
  1. Instrument introduction: Aurora CS is equipped with five lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm) and can detect over 40 fluorescence signals simultaneously. It can also sort up to 6 cell populations at the same time, with a particle resolution of over 100nm.

  1. Only operator-assisted service: Flow analysis or cell sorting.

(Samples are limited to primary tissue specimens or 8+ color assays or small particle analysis (non-microorganisms).)

  1. Availability: Monday to Friday, from 10AM-5PM.
  2. Service users: campus-wide members and outside users.
  3. 8+ color assays or small particle assays will have priority to reserve the Aurora CS cell sorter.
