上圖: 因DNA本身含有多數GGGG(二級結構產生)，導致定序結果不佳，波峰不清晰的情形產生。
下圖: 經由Peak Trace分析過後，原本定序結果不夠清晰處都呈顯清楚且可判讀的波峰。

Upper figure: Because the DNA contains GGGG (secondary structure), the sequencing results are poor and the peaks are not clear.
 
Lower figure: Clear and credible peaks can be seen after peak trace analysis.
