Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is attached to many peptides, proteins, liposomes and nanoparticles to reduce their immunogenicity and improve their pharmacokinetic and therapeutic properties. Here we describe hybrid antibodies that can selectively deliver PEGylated medicines, imaging agents or nanomedicines to target cells.
